Project Info /
This magazine is a mirror held up to modern life. With a bold visual language and a touch of irony, it captures the chaos, clarity, and contradictions of our generation.
I designed the cover, wrote the lead feature script, created experimental gatefold layouts, and curated editorial notes. Each piece intentionally layered to reflect our ever-shifting identity. It's not just read. It's felt.

Project Info /
“Ugly Produce” refers to fruits and vegetables discarded or overlooked due to their imperfect appearance, which is a hidden yet massive cause of global food waste.
This project transforms misshapen produce into quirky, human-like characters. Through playful anthropomorphism, the work challenges our obsession with aesthetics and sparks a parallel reflection on how both food and people are judged by looks.

Menu Design

Year / 2024

Minimalist Aesthetics
Cross-Cultural Communication
Project Info /
While working as a server at a Japanese restaurant in the U.S., I noticed recurring customer confusion about ingredients, spice levels, raw items, and outdated information on the menu. So I stepped in with design.
I created a new English menu in a refined minimalist style. Visual cues, iconography, and a clean layout were used to clearly communicate dietary details and improve the overall dining experience for non-Japanese-speaking guests.
This self-initiated project not only improved service efficiency but also deepened my understanding of cross-cultural design in real-world settings.

UI / UX Design for Line @ Chatbox

Keywords /
Business-Oriented Design
Customer Experience
Project Info /
To bridge communication and commercial design, this project presents a LINE@ chatbot prototype tailored for The Who Bistro.
Through user research, interviews, and iterative prototyping in Figma, we addressed a key business challenge: the owner's time-consuming need to repeatedly answer the same FAQs.
We built out full user flows, conducted usability testing, and refined the prototype based on feedback from both the owner and real users. The result is a functional, human-centered digital touchpoint that transforms service communication into a brand asset.

UI / UX Redesign

Traffic Nightmare
Public Service Design
Project Info /
Ever found Taipei’s traditional ticketing machines clunky and time-consuming? I did too. Inspired by the refreshed visual system at Zhongshan Station, this redesign focuses on clarity, speed, and user intuition.
By analyzing the most-used commuter functions, I created a clean, streamlined interactive prototype that rethinks the flow of urban transit. Designed with everyday users in mind, this project aims to make Taiwan’s transportation system not just functional — but frictionless.
